Delete your account

You can delete your OneForLife account (by Jabin Web) at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open OneForLife and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email info@jabin.org from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number you signed up with) with the subject “Delete my OneForLife account”. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, questionnaire answers, private contact details, notification tokens and your login. Your profile is removed from introductions immediately.

What may be kept

Limited safety records (such as bans for serious violations and reports filed about your account) may be kept to protect other members and where required by law. Anonymous usage counts that cannot identify you are not affected.
